Jon Kostek
Executive Director
Jon is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts, raised in Hampshire County, with a deep-rooted commitment to helping the local community flourish. He began his professional journey in retail management and buying, eventually bringing his leadership and strategic insight to USTA New England, where he has spent the past 20 years. Jon is known for building strong, long-term relationships and is passionate about partnership development, membership growth, and meaningful community engagement. Actively involved in local governance, he serves on several town committees. Jon currently lives in Hatfield with his wife, Jenn, and their two sons.
Suzanne Black
Administrative Assistant
Suzanne joined the Chamber as an intern in the summer of 2026. Following a whirlwind summer of learning how the Chamber works to help the community, she was hired as an employee in October 2026. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2020 with a B.A. in English with a concentration in writing.
Suzanne has brought her own brand of creativity to the Chamber. She helps manage and design the website, organizes most of the social media, and creates flyers for Chamber events. She enjoys working those events and can often be found answering questions and taking pictures.
Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, listening to music, and cross stitching.
